Terms & Conditions â Beyond The Veil Community
By joining Beyond The Veil (âthe Communityâ), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the Community and its members, and to help maintain a respectful, supportive, and private space for everyone involved.
1. Membership & Access
Your membership provides access to exclusive content, discussions, livestreams, recordings, resources, and community spaces made available through Beyond The Veil.
Access is granted for the duration of your active subscription only. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content and community features at any time.
Membership access is intended for individual personal use only and may not be shared with others.
2. Entertainment & Educational Purposes Only
All content shared within Beyond The Veil is provided for educational, spiritual, self-development, and entertainment purposes only.
The views, experiences, practices, discussions, and opinions shared within the Community are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Beyond The Veil does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice.
Participation in spiritual practices, meditations, discussions, or consciousness-related topics is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.
If you are experiencing mental health concerns, emotional distress, or medical issues, you should seek support from a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service where appropriate.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Support
Beyond The Veil is not a replacement for professional medical care, therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, crisis support, or other licensed healthcare services.
Any personal transformation stories, spiritual experiences, or consciousness-related discussions shared within the Community are individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
You acknowledge that results and experiences may vary from person to person.
4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content within Beyond The Veil â including but not limited to videos, recordings, written posts, meditations, teachings, graphics, downloads, channelled messages, and community materials â remains the intellectual property of Beyond The Veil and/or its creators.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, screen recorded, distributed, shared publicly, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Unauthorised sharing of member-only content may result in immediate termination of membership access without refund.
5. Community Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive environment.
By joining the Community, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and kindness
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, or harmful behaviour
- Respect differing perspectives and personal experiences
- Not share another memberâs personal information or private experiences without consent
Beyond The Veil reserves the right to remove any member who engages in inappropriate, abusive, harmful, or disruptive behaviour.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
The Community is intended to be a private space for discussion and personal growth.
Members agree to keep discussions, shared experiences, and member content confidential and not disclose private information outside the Community.
While we aim to maintain a safe and respectful environment, we cannot guarantee the conduct of all members and encourage discretion when sharing personal information online.
7. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.
All payments are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your membership includes a minimum commitment period (including instalment plans), you agree to complete the agreed payment term before cancellation becomes available.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Re-entry into the Community after cancellation may be subject to updated pricing and approval.
8. Discount Code Terms
Any member discount codes provided for products via Abbey Harries are valid only for eligible digital products and downloads unless otherwise stated.
Discounts do not apply to private sessions, coaching, live services, events, or other excluded offerings.
Discount codes may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Beyond The Veil and its creators are not liable for any loss, damage, emotional distress, decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from participation in the Community or reliance on its content.
You participate in the Community voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own interpretations, decisions, wellbeing, and actions.
10. Changes to These Terms
Beyond The Veil reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will take effect once published within the Community or on the relevant platform.
Continued participation in the Community constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
By joining Beyond The Veil, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
